Drywall Pros DC is hiring a Construction Project Manager. You will oversee construction projects from start to finish, coordinating crews, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction across DC, MD, and VA.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones
- Coordinate and supervise crews across multiple job sites
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Communicate with clients on project status and expectations
- Order materials and ensure timely delivery
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards
- Resolve on-site issues and make real-time decisions
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience managing construction projects
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to manage budgets and track project costs
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
