Metal and Wood Framing, Done to Spec
Good drywall starts with straight framing. We frame interior partitions, furr out foundation walls, and build soffits and ceiling grids in both wood and steel. For commercial work — offices, retail, tenant build-outs — we run 25- and 20-gauge metal studs with proper top-track deflection so slab movement never cracks the finished wall. In homes, we frame basements with pressure-treated plates and a thermal gap off the foundation, so the finished space stays dry and warm.
